NORTH VIETNAM HIGHLIGHTS (23 Feb – 28 Feb 2015)
Dear Thuy Do and Alan Hoang,
We just arrived home from our trip to Asia.There are not enough words of thanks for what you did in making this a once in a lifetime experience in Vietnam.We were so impressed by both you and the company's concern for detail and understanding of the difficulties that I personally have in traveling.It is never easy to comprehend really till you actually see the problems on arrival to Vietnam.The programming had to be adjusted accordingly and it was FANTASTIC. Our guide Hai was wonderful as was our driver Duc.The Hotel Gondola(contrary to the bad review in Tripadvisor )was beyond my expectations.I would ordinarily never go to a 3 star hotel but I had a good feeling that you would not lead us astray.The room was very nice and comfortable.The breakfast was excellent.
Our only disappointment as we told Hai was the first evening meal at the Wild Rice restaurant.The food was below par.I felt we were in a tourist trap.This was rectified the next day at lunch.PLEASE send me the name of the restaurant since I would like to write to tripadvisor about how good it was.
Traveling around Hanoi with Hai was fascinating experience,wether by car ,club car,or cyclo.
The Street food experience by cyclo was just right for us and was the highlight of Hanoi for us.You should expand on it more in the future.
On our trips to and from Ha long Bay we found that our driver Duc was very informative and answered any questions that arose on the trip in his good self taught English.It was a pleasure being with him.
Your choice of Aphrodite Cruise was outstanding.We had the Terrace Suite which we had not expected.The crew led by Hershey Cunanan went out their way to help me get on and off ,up or down steps whenever necessary.Our only regret was that we did not do 2 nights.It ended so fast and was SO GOOD. The food was Exemplary.
In Conclusion WE had the time of our lives.We will always recommend you and your company to every one that we know .
You are always welcome to visit us if you ever come to Israel.

First of all I was very pleased to meet you in Ha Noi, sorry I was unshaved, but we had to wake up very early in Bangkok to catch the flight,
We are back now in Phuket and we had a very fine trip, want to thank you for the perfect and flawless organisation.
If we make enother trip we surely wil do it with you.
In Hanói situation of Hotel good and the guide very helpfull everything perfect
Halong Bay just perfect, the driver to the airport ws in our eyes not very good
Hoi An fabulous hotel excellent breakfast, guide more a bit of a showman and not so good
Sai Gon we had the best guide, the girl was vey organised and excellent, also the driver was the best one we had.
Th group on the Eco tour with the basket boats was fantastic, could not be better.
They did everything they could to please us and extremely friendly.
Hotel perfect situation.
Breakfast in hotel was surely perfect for oriental people, but for our type of breakfast not very much choice.
Anyway everybody was extremely friendly and were treated like kings

We were overwhelmed by the great service of the tour! We always felt perfectly save, we saw the most beautiful places and we had wonderful tour guides. This was an amazing trip and we will always love to look back! Thank you so much for making it unforgettable! A special thanks to our travel agent Minh and our tour guide (Dang) and driver (Thang) in the north. You really offered perfect service!!! Looking back I would change just a few things: - Skip the water puppet theater - Skip Nin Bing (not so interesting and lunch place was not so nice) - Leave Chan Tho earlier (on day two the program was over in the morning right after the floating market, this was a little boring. However our tour guide took us to another place so it was ok) We will certainly recommend your company to our friends and we will surely come back one day!!!

It is now nearly a week since we returned home from our vacation in Vietnam. The trip went without any problems at all. We had two great weeks in your country. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had had. Thank you very much for your arrangement, and also big thanks to all the great guides and drivers.
The part we liked best was the two days in the Mekong delta; very varied, interesting and fun.
The thing we liked least was that we had to spend a whole day on the relatively short trip from Phu Quoc to Bangkok. Since there are no direct flights between Phu Quoc and Bangkok I guess this was unavoidable.

We are back home after our long and interesting trip. Thank you for your time and work. I never had the chance to tell you that we found a special decoration and fruit or cakes in our room in every hotel in Vietnam. I know this was because of you!
We liked a lot our guides: Thong in Hanoi and Thien in Myanmar. We learned a lot with them. Van Anh was always available and did try
to solve everything. We regret not having a plan B when our cruise was cancelled in Halong Bay. I hope to have the chance to go to Vietnam again ( We have to go to Halong Bay) and I will contact you again.

I just wanted to take the time to Thank You for putting together such a memorable trip for our family. We had a wonderful time visiting your beautiful country. I appreciate how focused you were to the details of our stay - from keeping an eye out for direct flights from Cambodia to Vietnam, adding sites to the itinerary because of the interests of my children, providing us a phone while in Vietnam in case of emergency, and answering emails even though it was way past business hours. Your in-person visit to the hotel on our last day was also a very nice, personal touch. The parting gifts were so thoughtful. I can not wait to display them in my house as a reminder of a great trip! I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again to help plan our next trip to Vietnam.
We truly enjoyed all of the guides we had on the trip but Hai and Ly May Trang were especially outstanding. We appreciated their enthusiasm and knowledge of their region. We could tell they liked their work and were happy to share their knowledge of the area with us. When time permitted, each guide was able to take us to see something not on the itinerary and those side trips were some of the most memorable of the region. We really enjoyed the soap making and art carving site that John took us to in Cambodia as well as the lacquer factory we saw in Hanoi. Our drivers were always punctual and skilled in navigating the traffic. It was an experience in itself trying to figure out the flow of traffic! :) The scheduled toilet breaks during the drive, although a small detail, were a nice break to stretch our legs and use the facilities. Everyone we were in contact with - from the drivers and guides, to the hotel staff- were so professional, knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. The days were seamless going from experience to experience. We never felt hurried and when bumps arose they were dealt with positive "no problem" attitude.
My only suggestions to make the trip even more seamless would be to send the same itinerary to both clients and guides and drivers as our information (although correct) was not the same as our guide or drivers information from the Sapa trip forward. It might also be helpful to designate a specific meeting place to meet the guide - for example "inside the train station" as there were so many guides waiting for people outside and it was so early and dark we didn't realise there might be another place for our guide to meet us. Also, as a westerner, I would have felt more comfortable in the vehicles if they had working seatbelts.
Again, Thank You for all of your hard work and time in making our first travel experience in SE Asia a wonderful experience. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Thank you again for your great support and help as we had a wonderful and well organized trip to Vietnam. We enjoyed every single day of our trip. Everything was really excellent except our last hotel (beautiful location, nice beach and sea water but the service of the hotel was questionable: we had to move rooms as walls were moldy, long waiting queues at breakfast, no enough sun beds at beach etc - maybe worthwhile to give some open feedback to hotel to further improve )- nevertheless it did not impact our trip and we very, very much enjoyed every aspect of our tour.
Thank you again for your efforts and help throughout the last couple of month.

Happy New Year! Thank you for arranging a wonderful trip to Hanoi. My family enjoyed Hanoi and the service provided by Travel Vietnam was first class. The car was clean, the driver was good and our tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable. The only thing that we did not really like was the fact that the Calypso cruiser was old and very small. The cabins were so small that we could hardly move. Apart from that the guide on the cruise Mr. Mike was friendly and the food was good even though there were no snacks on the cruise and hot drinks were limited.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sedona Suites - the condotel was excellent. The condo was spacious and clean, the service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was really good. Hanoi Pearl hotel was also good but the breakfast was limited.
Thank you for the gifts and we really wish we could have spent more time in Hanoi because we did not have time to do shopping!
Thank you to Travel Vietnam for your excellent service and we hope to use your services again. We would recommend your company to our friends who plan to visit Vietnam!

Thank you very much for your help in organizing our wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. All the arrangements were fantastic. Our two tour guides, Som Tola and Sonny were truly FANTASTIC. Without them, it would not have been so good and enjoyable. Kindly convey our heartfelt thanks to both of them and we wish to also convey our thanks to you in particular for taking care of all the little things that mattered most to us. We also really enjoyed all the veggie food in the restaurants that Sonny took us to. They were delightful. The Italian restaurant near the Church he took us on the first day before we took the Sapa train was the best. He also took special care for our diet needs. As I said, both our guides were fantastic. Som Tola was also a wonderful photographer. We are big into photography and we enjoyed interacting with him.
Both Cambodians and Vietnamese people are wonderful people. You have a very rich culture and people are doing a great job showing it to visitors. You should market it more in a place like India!
