Hello Lana, hope you are doing well. We are about to leave your beautiful city of Hanoi. Before leaving, I just wanted to Thank You immensely for all the arrangements you made for us. Everything went on smoothly exactly as planned and I believe it is due to your meticulous planning and attention to detail. Thank you for making our trip a comfortable and a memorable one.

One more point, after returning from the cruise, I asked the hotel to check if they could provide us a room to rest. They accommodated our request and offered us a room till 9pm that was really nice of them. We had lunch at the hotel and were able to rest sufficiently. It was really not necessary but they offered it to us without any cost. The staff at the hotel was also exceptionally friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service provided by Lana, tour guide Mr Toan and driver Mr Thang. We were really taken care of and it was a really smooth tour. I must add a special note of thanks to Lasiesta Trendy Hotel staff, who were really nice. Overall, a fantastic tour of the beautiful city of Hanoi. Thank you all.
