Mai Chau 2 days - 27/28 - Nov - 2010
Our weekend to Mai Chau was wonderful....we were delighted with everything.....from the wonderful guide (so knowledgeable) and had a great sense of humor and a lot of patience with us.....the driver who was such a safe....good driver and willing to stop at a moments notice when we wanted to take a photo.
The facilities in Mai Chau were great....food delicious. Mr Thien took us on wonderful walks.....telling us about the agriculture....about the life in the villages.
The van was perfect....everything was perfect.
I am very grateful to you for making our weekend so nice. As a team leader....it is not typically my responsibility to plan weekend activities. I did for this group.....as we all agree we made a wonderful choice.

We really enjoyed the rest of our trip and we are very satisfied with all the services you and your company provided for us! We are so glad we chose an organised tour because I think we could do so much more and learn much more about the history and culture etc. than if we went alone without any guides.
We will definitely recommend you to any people we know going to Vietnam :) Someone I know is coming to Vietnam for 6 weeks, he is travelling alone and I think he is mostly going to "backpack" but I will definitely give him Vietnam Today Travel's details.
We were very impressed with the punctuality of all the guides and drivers - they were always there on time to pick us up. All the guides also had very good knowledge of Vietnam and its people and we really learned a lot!

Vietnam Holidays - Oct 2010.
Dear Mr Alan Hoang,
We have arrived home from our holiday to your beautiful country about 4 weeks ago. We would now like to take this opportunity to thank you kindly from our family for our holiday. Our tour with your company was better than we could ever have expected. Our accommodation was very good in every city and we thoughly enjoyed every moment that we spent in Vietnam. The service that we received from all of our tour guides in each city that we visited was very entertaining and informative. They were made our holiday alot of fun and we enjoyed their company during our travels. Our cruise on Halong Bay was our most favourit place of all. It is the most beautiful place that we have ever been to. The cruise with Paradise Cruise ships was exceptional in everyway. We would like to especially thank our guides Huan in Hanio and Youi in Nha Trang (very sorry for incorrect spelling of their names) They were very professional and entertaining and made our travel experience to Vietnam very enjoyable for us and our children. Our holiday has left us with very special memories for the rest of our lives. We hope to one day return again for another visit to Vietnam. Since our return to Australia we have had the pleasure to recommend your travel company to many of our friends and family.

Vietnam Discovery - From Sept 19th to Oct 04th 2010

Thanks for your good wishes. Yes we have arrived back in Australia and some of us are back to work. The flight with Malaysia Airline was good but was overbooked, we were offered flights to Bali then Perth arriving much later than our booked flight. After a round of discussions with supervisors at KL airport and with a big sigh of relief we managed to persuade them to let us board the plane. in Australia we were told later that the travel insurance did not cover us for Air Asia's cancelled flight. At least we are happy to be back home on time.
We will put a comment on your website because we were very happy with the planning and the management of our tour. Your guides were very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, with Tran in Saigon and Thuy(?), We called him Tim, in Hanoi the pick of the bunch and top mention for the drivers too. To you and the team our sincerest appreciation for a great job. Since we've arrived I have given copies of our itinerary and great reviews to a colleague at work and our family doctor who are both planning to travel to Vietnam. Rest assured that we will continue to mention you and Vietnam Today Travel to family, friends and colleagues as occasions arise. We will definitely contact you for our next trip to your lovely country, but with a more relaxed tour this time.

GRAND CAMBODIA TOUR - 15 Days - Sept 2010

First of all, I hope you're doing well.
The tour is being great, among other things due to your efficiency and good will. As you already know, the problem with Mr. Romero's passport was happily solved. We were really concerned about that but Mr. Lok helped us a lot.
The staff here in Siem Reap is outstanding, polite and always ready to support us at any time. Today the girl who came to welcome us at Siem Reap port has delivered to us the gifts that you've sent. We felt more than happy due to the unexpected surprise. You made our day !! My Mexican friends intend to do a tour in March (probably) through Vietnam and Laos and no doubt, they will consult you after the good experience that we are having with your Company. I imagine that you know that we moved from Mysteres d'Angkor (bad located, uncomfortable rooms, poor breakfast, etc...) to Casa Angkor which is really great value. That was my mistake... I'm so sorry about it.

Vietnam & Cambodia via Mekong - 16 Days - August - 2010Hi Hoang,
It was so nice to meet you personally at the beginning of our trip. I want you to know how much Lieu & I enjoyed the trip - both Vietnam & Cambodia were beautiful and the people so friendly. All of our guides and drivers were wonderful and so professional - everything went like clockwork making the trip easy and enjoyable. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for their locations was always evident - Lieu especially enjoyed talking to them in both Vietnamese and Cambodian. The hotels and included meals were great also. While the weather was not always picture perfect, it didn't interrupt any of our activities.

Our tour guide (Gan-Trang) and driver in Ho Chi Minh City were wonderful.
The guide went out of her way to inform us about the culture, religion, beliefs and daily life of the peoples of Vietnam. She was also funny and very caring - helping me find medication when I got an eye infection and giving us wonderful recommendations about where to eat and what to do in our free time. She really helped make the trip to Vietnam an incredible experience.
When setting up the trip with Ms Thao, she was very prompt in answering all our questions and arranging all the details to our satisfaction. She did a great job! Thanks for an amazing experience in a wonderful country.

Maybe it could be put on the itinery under "What is not included" what an approximate tip, for example...For drivers between $1 american to $5 american, Or Guides, $10 to $20 per day?? Just a suggestion.

Amazing tour! Ms. Tran in Ho Chi Minh City stood out as one of the best guides I have EVER encountered. Her street smart knowledge made our trip that much more enjoyable! My only recommendation would be to check with the guests about food options....one restaurant we were taken to catered to american and french with a lot of "westernized food".
